While the team goes and works diving on the Ertugrul we are having a great time going around. Although a 5 star japanese hotel meant for spa and relaxation is not the ideal place for my two kids (Ada -4- and Bora -2-) to run around I have been so surprised by the kindness of the people here, everyone has been much more tolerant than I expected, in fact, much more affective that I ever though it could be possible. ... by now (13 days) Ada and Bora think the hotel is theirs and have already master the elevators, so they leave the room and go exploring.... special thanks to the reception girls that keep them inside.
Yesterday we went to The Great Waterfall of Nachi and the Nachisan Seigantoji Temple, about an hour from Kushimoto. It is a temple in the holy area of Kumano, widely known as one of the 33 places of pilgrimage in western Japan, sacred to Kannon, Goddess of Mercy. The area became holy in the 4th century when Ragyo, a holy priest coming from India, found an image of Kannon at the base of the great water fall. The actual holy building dates from 1590.
